Apple Forced To Comply With Antitrust LawsOn Wednesday an external monitor, former assistant US attorney/Justice Department Inspector General Michael Bromwich – was appointed by US judge Denise Cole to keep a keen eye on Apple’s compliance with antitrust laws conncerning ebooks, following Apple’s loss in court last year.

Bromwich will keep a close eye on Apple for two years henceforth. As of a July ruling, Apple has been dealt a five-year injunction across many deals with publishers
