The manufacturer of jet planes, Boeing has made a smartphone of their own. Yet, no, it doesn’t fly. (Not that I am aware of)
The “Boeing Black” – A super-secure phone that should be of the immediate interest to spies, as it is directed for use in government “missions”
The Boeing Black is a 4.3 Android phone.
Now let me float this by you:
Boeing: “Hardware media encryption and configurable inhibit controls are embedded to protect the device, its data, and the transmission of information, significantly reducing the risk of mission compromise due to data loss.”
Now here’s the cool part of the deal:
Try to glean its data by disassembling the hardware of it and the data will automatically be deleted, and in doing so, the Boeing Black rendered non-functional.
So will there be a vault somewhere where the back-up data is stored?
I was a big fan of the board game, “Clue” and the US TV series from the 1970’s decade.
Super sleuths were a big feature back then, and I was glued to the TV set, so please forgive my excitability!
(Cue music for “Mission Impossible”)
