Father Gets Facebook On The Phone For A Look Back Video Of Deceased SonFacebook has responded to a father’s request after he called the social media giant, to post a video of his late son, who died at age 22. He didn’t have access to his son’s page and Facebook has come up with a meaningful and universal feature called Look Back. A personal memento mori has been set up for lost loved ones. The Look Back feature will take a  look back at special moments in one’s life.

Access to a deceased person’s account is a touchy issue framed by many legal concerns.

Many users, even as Facebook has emailed us to tell us of their tenth anniversary, may be unaware that there is a “memorialising” process, in place since 2009, to handle with specific care the profiles of FB users no longer with us all.
