Israel's PrimeSense In $350 Million Deal With AppleAs posted here recently, the producer of motion-tracking chip technology, like that utilized for Microsoft Corp.,’s Kinect game, is to be acquired by Apple Inc. through an agreement that was confirmed yesterday.

PrimeSense is based in Tel Aviv, Israel and settled on a $350 million deal with Apple.

Apple, in the past, has purchased the following chip companies: Passif Semiconductor (2012), Intrinsity (2010), and P.A. Semi (2008).
