Judges Approve Google Wiretapping Cases

legal-transparentTwo federal judges have approved a pair of wiretapping cases against Google and have allowed them to proceed.

In one case, Google had asked for a motion to dismiss a Gmail lawsuit, but the motion was denied by U.S. District Court Judge Lucy H. Koh.

The other case in the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit involves Google’s previous collection of unencrypted Wi-Fi data.
