In New York City, today, the new fitness tracker FuelBand SE is on show.
The wristband allows for a visual display of the steps one makes during a day. How much fuel is used up by walking, running, playing volleyball, and much more is part of a metric made to specs by Nike.
How active are you?
How motivated are you to be the best you can be?
The colorful yellow, pink, and red accents make the FuelBand SE beautiful to gaze at as your body transforms itself to athletic proportions. A Fuel-per-minute metric gives a marker of a level of intensity.
Powered by Bluetooth 4.0, it is capable of synching data and boosting its battery output. It should be noted that the FuelBand SE is still only iOS, meaning you won’t be able to get an Android app of it.
The FuelBand SE is to come out on Nov 6, following the parallel path of the updated iPhone app. Nike Move is the app that will debut on the iPhone 5S.
Retailing for $149, today buyers in the U.S, U.K., Canada, France, Japan and Germany will start pre-orders of the FuelBand SE
