People Find Hacking More Disturbing than Tracking, Study SaysWhen polled on the subject of computer and online security, 75% of respondents expressed concern about their computers being hacked and their identities stolen, whereas 54% worried about their browsing habits being tracked by advertisers. This is according to 1000 interviews with Americans, conducted by Benenson Strategy Group and American Viewpoint, and commissioned by the Computer and Communications Industry.
