Shoutcast and Winamp Sold To AOL For Deal Totaling $5 Million - $10 MillionBelgium-based Radionomy, who do their work in digital audio,  have two new acquisitions: Shoutcast and Winamp. They bought them for cash and more from AOL.

Sources have said that the radio service and media player have been bought by Radionomy with the deal being valued at somewhere between $5 million — $10 million. A 12% stake of Radionomy will be taken by AOL as the other part of the deal.
