Spain's Data Protection Act Breached By GoogleFined in what amounts in business, with a paltry sum of €900,000, Google has to look carefully before paying  for breaching Spain’s Data Protection Act.

Google was cited as way too often using “ambiguous expressions” in its Ts&Cs, leading to a policy which was “indeterminate and unclear” opined the AEPD.

After these Spanish sanctions were made public, more fines are said to be on the way.
