Tally Rises To 70 Million For Victims Of Target Data Breach70 million victims is now the tally for the amount of customers with their debit and credit card information stolen from Target, through a security breach, as the holiday season of 2013 got underway. It has increased from the initial amount of victims, as we previously reported. Unfortunately it turns out that those pilfered amount to 30 million more than than the original total amassed of 40 million hit by the bad guys.

Scampering to reallocate their crestfallen clientele who had their credit/debit card numbers, full names, CVV2 codes, PIN data, physical/email addresses, and phone numbers stolen — en masse — Target has enacted identify theft protection and free credit monitoring.
