White House Guidelines Urge Safety On Cybersecurity IssuesBanks, cellphone towers, and utilities; the companies who run them have topped the list of that which needs protection via new White House guidelines concerns for cybersecurity issues.

An executive order was developed, and signed a year ago by President Obama as the nation’s most essential infrastructure has been given a blueprint for identification, protection, and plan of recovery,  if succumbed to, concerning cyber attacks.

Penalties and incentives are not forthcoming, yet rather, the guidelines are serving as a “framework for cybersecurity” through “enlightened self-interest.”
