In the United States, history has shown that the Xbox 360 far outdistanced the PlayStation 3, and that is boding well for Microsoft’s new Xbox One — advantageous as the company always is on their US home turf.
After the announcement as reported on this blog recently, that both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One had sales each of over two million consoles sold — the statistics are coming in fast and furious as Sony And Microsoft, respectfully — compete in the global market for to be the number one game-selling champion.
In worldwide sales Sony’s PlayStation 4 has the edge, selling 100,000 more units than Microsoft’s Xbox One. Sony’s history of popularity in Europe has long been documented favorably.
