Yahoo cuts "Unlimited" Email Storage In Favor of 1 TerabyteIt may seem confusing but Yahoo has reduced the amount of free storage available to users with their email service by going from “unlimited” to 1 terabyte. One terabyte is equal to 1,024 gigabytes. A Yahoo spokesman said that no user has ever filled up 1TB of space, and that when that day comes they will accommodate the situation.

This news comes at the same time that Yahoo celebrates the 16th birthday of their email service. They are redesigning the Yahoo Mail website and putting out updates for its apps, and allowing users to have more choices for themes for the look of their inbox.
